No! After leaving school I worked in a factory as a sign maker before moving into the financial services sector where I still work today. Have you always worked in fashion? When did your fashion career begin? It's opened my eyes to a world entirely different to that which I was used to and I am so grateful for all of the experiences that I've had and for the people and new friends that I've met along my way. Since setting up the blog two and a half years ago I've worked with some incredible brands and attended some amazing events. "I'm very proud to be British and I'm so pleased to be a small part of this incredible industry." As my followers grew I was asked if I had a blog and at that time I didn't so after doing a little research I set up and it seems to have gone from strength to strength since. I didn't set out with a plan to start a blog, especially one that picked up 'Best Fashion Blog' award at the NBN awards last year! It all started with an Instagram account and the more fashion images and advice I posted the more interest it received. What inspired you to start your award winning blog, That Dapper Chap, and why do you think it is so popular? We caught up with Craig to discuss sartorial essentials, style tips and fashion faux pas.

  • Taste: Slightly sweet with a very smooth mouth feel and a citrus finish.
  • Nose: A light floral gin, with traditional perfume and earthy aromas the predominant notes are chamomile, pomelo and honeysuckle.
  • The Distillation BLOOM Gin is distilled in a traditional copper pot still, overseen by Master Distiller Joanne, and uses demineralised fresh spring water to reduce the spirit to a final bottling of 40% ABV.

The Gin has won many awards and medals for its superior taste and quality, including a Double Gold at the prestigious San Francisco World Spirits Competition. It’s distilled in the UK’s oldest gin distillery which has been producing fine gin since 1761 but it’s BLOOM that’s made the headlines recently. She combined the flowers of chamomile and honeysuckle, with the citrus fruit pomelo, to make up the three main botanicals for BLOOM – each one contributing to the delicate gin drinking experience.
